Not necessarily. If you leave your keys and inform us via email, call or text the exact location of your keys we can perform our services without your presence. If needed we can send you pictures once we are done and for payments we can send you an invoice.

Yes, As part of our optional add-ons during your auto detailing service we can do a headlight restoration.
Our car detailing services are fully mobile. Services are provided at a location most convenient for you.
We have a 24 hours cancelation or rescheduling policy. Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $50 cancelation or rescheduling fee. Refer to our Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy
Stain removal with shampoo or extractor is never 100% guaranteed to eliminate all stains. We will do our best to make your car look like new. Please contact us and we will send a technician back to assess what may be done next.
Yes! Please call, text or email us and we can apply a discount for multiple vehicles serviced at the same address.

There is a $50 deposit that will be collected at the time of scheduling your appointment. That deposit will be applied towards to cost of your services.

We ask you to allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund to show up in your bank account. Our staff will process those as fast as possible and from there it takes some time for the banks to handle it.
We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. In addition, we also accept Cash App, Venmo and Cash.
No. It is completely optional.
Your technician will keep you updated via Text or Phone Call when they are on their way or have arrived. Our system also sends automatic reminders via email and Text.
On average our appointments take 2-3 hours. Time will vary based on vehicle size and condition. Our service professionals will communicate all that with you at the start of your mobile detailing service.

Yes, all of our car details are backed by our 100% Clean Car Guarantee. If you are not happy or we missed some areas we will make it right. Usually we will send another crew to do some touch ups for you and make sure you love your clean car.
